How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. You can also check your order status in the 'Order History' section of your account.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to any Bath & Body Works store location for an exchange or refund, provided you have the original receipt.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States, U.S. Territories, and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to more international destinations in the future.
How do I use my Rewards points?
You can redeem your points for free products (up to a certain value) through the My Bath & Body Works app or on our website. Simply apply your available rewards at the checkout screen.
Are your products tested on animals?
Bath & Body Works does not test our finished products on animals. We are committed to eliminating animal testing worldwide and work closely with our suppliers to ensure ethical standards.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our Customer Care team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damaged item to arrange a replacement or refund.
